Design and Construction: The primary chamber is lined with high‐alumina refractory brick, selected for its thermal robustness and resistance to chemical attack by combustion by‐products. The secondary chamber employs castable refractory materials and includes an insulated transition section that preheats incoming gases, improving thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
Emission Control: Flue gases exit through a multi‐stage treatment train. A cyclonic separator removes coarse ash particles, while a high‐efficiency baghouse filter captures fine particulates. Activated‐carbon modules adsorb odor compounds, ensuring that exhaust meets local air‐quality standards. Continuous temperature and pressure sensors feed data to an integrated control panel, which adjusts burner output and airflow to maintain optimal combustion conditions.
Operation and Maintenance: Automated cycle controls simplify operation: after loading and sealing the chamber door, the operator selects the appropriate cycle based on pet size, and the system progresses through preheat, burn, and cool‐down phases without further intervention. Routine maintenance includes inspection of refractory linings, replacement of filter bags, and calibration of thermocouples. Hebei Huayu offers comprehensive training for service personnel, as well as preventive‐maintenance contracts that include on‐site inspections and parts replacement.
