Process Configuration

1. Preliminary Treatment

2. Primary Treatment

• Equalization Tank balances flow and load fluctuations.

• Chemical Dosing adjusts pH and adds coagulants for floc formation.

• Lamella or Circular Clarifier separates settled sludge from clarified water.

3. Secondary Treatment

• Biological Reactor (options: SBR, MBBR, or conventional activated‑sludge) degrades organic matter.

4. Tertiary Treatment (Optional)

Automation and Control

Construction Materials

Sludge Handling
